Boring
Yesterday was very rushing...today...very slacky.Yet..a mistake can cause problem

It was one of my colleague's. She took order but did not keyed in the 'Lasagne'. So the customer sat there for such a long time...then he called me. At that time, my colleague was taking her break. (man...she's gone at the wrong time). So wad happen was tat the customer, trying to sound calm, ask me, "where's my lasagne? My pizza is goin to finish but my lasagne haven't been served."
I asked him whether he already ordered(just to confirm). Then i went to check the computer. It's not there. I guess it's my colleague's fault then. It's ok..everyone makes mistake. So i keyed in and explain to him. He's not local i guess...he's accent and speech is differ from local. I still tried to explain anyway.
But the customer make me feel..a bit annoyed and also a lil bit amused. He was being sarcastic. He asked, "My pizzai is finishing but my lasagne haven come...is it because there's a lot of customer?" (there's no customer in fact...tat's why boring)
I was like...arghh..really cannot say anything, but i still say tat my colleague forgot to key in the lasagne. And he still ask me the qn and being sarcastic. =.=" I guess i cant get angry wif anyone nor can i feel guilty. The customer dunno how the system work...and I'm just like being asked a dumb. And my so call tat senior colleague can't always be perfect.
So yea..while waiting i saw that colleague of mine coming back to the workplace...and i confirmed wif her whether she did that mistake anot.
Me: (name), u didnt key in the lasagne for the customer?
She: *give a panic face* (tat tells me all. lol)
Me: ok nevermind.
HAHA...
